Let's get started!

Every school district is different, thus making each school meal program different. But, fundamentally we are all the same. It just takes a different formula to crack the code to get kids to EAT ENERGIZE and ENJOY, dare I say it...healthy cuisine in our school cafeterias.

With my 30+ years of successful school nutrition operations, there are many areas that I consult and support Districts with, but I am especially drawn to helping districts that are interested in:

  • Scratch Cooking - Building or expanding scratch food programs- recipe development, creating menu cycles that work in school kitchens, training staff in quantity food production techniques and finding alternatives to unwanted ingredients in processed foods

  • Farm to School - Developing or increasing a Farm to School program - identify, market and promote local food partners

  • Food Coach Training - Designing a training program for school nutrition teams that inspire kids to be curious and adventurous eaters


There are other areas of expertise that are available as well; we will explore and experiment together in your child nutrition labs to find out what works for your programs, students and community.
